This Privacy Policy describes how Kingsbridge Consultancy LLC ("we", "us") handles information in the Ram Koti mobile application ("the App") on iOS and Android. We built Ram Koti to respect your privacy. We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or third-party tracking.
1. Information we do not collect
You can use Ram Koti without creating an account or providing your name, email address, or phone number. We do not collect contacts, location, photos, or device identifiers for advertising.
2. Your writing stays on your device
Your handwriting, practice counts, daily goals, and app settings are stored locally on your device. Handwriting recognition is performed entirely on-device using Google's ML Kit. Your handwriting strokes are never uploaded to us or to any server.
3. Optional leaderboard (opt-in)
Ram Koti includes an optional global leaderboard. It is off by default. If you choose to join it, we use:
- Firebase Anonymous Authentication โ generates a random, anonymous ID for your device. It is not linked to your real identity, email, or phone number.
- Cloud Firestore โ stores the display name you choose and your total practice count, so your rank can be shown. You may leave the leaderboard at any time, which stops further syncing.
These services are provided by Google Firebase. Their handling of data is governed by Google's Privacy & Security policies.
4. Children's privacy
Ram Koti is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The optional leaderboard asks only for a freely chosen display name.
5. Data retention & deletion
Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the App. If you joined the leaderboard and want your anonymous entry removed, contact us at the email below and we will delete it.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
