Delete your data

Kingsbridge Consultancy LLC — applies to Ram Koti and Naam Jaap · Last updated: June 22, 2026

Our apps are private by design. By default, nothing about you leaves your device — your counts, streak and settings are stored only on your phone. Recognition runs entirely on-device: Ram Koti recognizes your handwriting on-device, and Naam Jaap counts your chanting with an offline, on-device speech model. Your handwriting and your voice are never recorded or uploaded.

What data we hold about you

The only time any data is sent to us is if you choose to join the optional community board (leaderboard). In that case we store, under an anonymous ID (no email, phone or password — there is no account):

That is the only information associated with you. We do not collect anything else, and we never sell or share your data.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@kingsbridge-consultancy.com with the subject “Delete my data”.
  2. Tell us which app (Ram Koti or Naam Jaap) and the display name you used on the board, so we can locate your entry.

We will permanently delete your board entry — your display name, your counts and streak, and the associated anonymous ID — within 30 days. Nothing identifying you is kept after that (only anonymous, aggregate totals that cannot be linked to you may remain).

Deleting on-device data

Everything stored on your phone (your counts, streak and settings — and, in Ram Koti, the pages you wrote) is removed when you uninstall the app. We cannot access that data.
